Sacred Sip Cacao Recipes

Three ways to drink with intention. Each recipe honours the ancient tradition of ceremonial cacao — pure, warming, and deeply nourishing.

Classic Ceremonial Cacao

The purest way to experience Sacred Sip Cacao. This is cacao as it was meant to be — rich, grounding, and deeply ceremonial.

Ingredients:
• 25–40g Sacred Sip Cacao
• 200ml hot water (not boiling, ~21°C)
• Pinch of cayenne or cinnamon
• Pinch of sea salt
• Sweetener to taste (raw honey or maple syrup)

Method:
Gently heat water. Add cacao and whisk until fully melted and smooth. Add spices and salt. Sweeten to taste. Sit, breathe, and drink with intention.

Milky Cacao Latte

Creamy, comforting, and café-worthy. A gentler introduction to ceremonial cacao with a velvety finish.

Ingredients:
• 20–30g Sacred Sip Cacao
• 100ml hot water
• 150ml steamed milk of choice (oat, almond, or full cream)
• 1 tsp raw honey
• Pinch of cinnamon

Method:
Melt cacao in hot water and whisk until smooth. Steam or froth your milk separately. Pour cacao into your cup, add milk, and sweeten with honey. Dust with cinnamon to finish.

Rose & Cacao Elixir

A heart-opening blend of cacao and rose — floral, feminine, and deeply nourishing. Perfect for a self-care ritual.

Ingredients:
• 25g Sacred Sip Cacao
• 200ml hot water
• 1 tsp dried rose petals (or 1 drop food-grade rose water)
• 1 tsp coconut butter or ghee
• Raw honey to taste
• Pinch of cardamom

Method:
Brew rose petals in hot water for 3 minutes, then strain. Melt cacao into the rose water and whisk well. Add coconut butter and blend until frothy. Sweeten with honey and dust with cardamom.
